“Prince William… is proud of his father and his wife for how they faced such a challenging year with empathy, strength and determination,” Chard said. “He continues to support his family and oversees multiple philanthropic projects at home and abroad.”
Chard dismissed the Netflix show as irrelevant to William, adding, “The last thing the British royal family will be interested in is Meghan’s inauthentic, embarrassing, empty celebrity cooking reality show.” He highlighted William’s focus on more important matters, saying: “Having endured a tumultuous year, our royal family is feeling grateful, positive and optimistic and certainly has much more important things to do in the future.”
The Prince of Wales has reportedly taken on an increasingly supportive role within the royal family, balancing his philanthropic initiatives with offering stability in turbulent times. According to Chard, William admires King Charles for demonstrating “unwavering leadership even in the face of health challenges” and remains committed to promoting empathetic leadership globally.
While Meghan’s Netflix project has attracted media attention, Chard suggested it is unlikely to upset the royal family. “As long as the Netflix reality show does not endanger the reputation of the British royal family, the royal family will be overlooked,” he said.
