Prince Harry suffered an embarrassing moment on American television when it was revealed that the main fact Americans knew about him was that he was married to Meghan Markle.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, who lives in Montecito, California, was chosen as the subject of a round of Family Feud hosted by Steve Harvey.
In the game show, which has aired since 1976, two families compete for a cash prize by naming the most popular answers to survey questions posed to 100 members of the public.
In the latest episode, the Hernandez family went head-to-head with the Colleys and were tasked with providing the six best-known facts about the Duke of Sussex, who has lived in the US since 2020.
At the beginning of the round, host Steve Harvey invited a member of both teams to approach the podium and told them that this round was about Prince Harry.

The first person to get a correct answer passes the baton to their family, who have the chance to guess the remaining survey questions and win the round.
Two seconds later, Fabián Hernández rang the doorbell and answered: “He is married to Meghan Markle.”
Unimpressed by this response, the game show host said, “Come on, boy!”
However, the board confirmed that this response was actually the most common fact the American public knows about the Prince.
Once Fabián returned to his team, Sofía Hernández correctly guessed that Harry being a Prince was another answer from the survey. This turned out to be the fourth most popular fact of the six.
After this, Robert Hernandez said, ‘I don’t know much about him, but I know he has money.’
Unfortunately for the team, Prince Harry’s wealth was not one of the most common answers, earning the Hernandez family their first strike. Each team is allowed three in total before passing it on to their rivals.
Next, Marisa Hernandez guessed that Prince William being Prince Harry’s brother would be another popular survey response, which also didn’t appear.
At the start of the round, host Steve Harvey (pictured) invited a member of both teams to approach the podium and told them that this round was about Prince Harry.
Kristina Hernandez then suggested that most people would know that Prince Harry is Princess Diana’s son, which was the second most common answer on the board, below his marriage to Meghan.
Following this line of thinking, Fabian named Prince Harry’s late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, earning the Hernandez family their third strike.
Once the round turned to the Colley family, Drake immediately highlighted Prince Harry’s red hair, which was the third most popular fact Americans know about the Duke.
This correct answer won the round for the Colley family, and Steve Harvey revealed that they would have also accepted “bald” and “hottie.” as a response too.

Family Feud host Steve Harvey revealed at the end of Prince Harry’s round that they would have also accepted ‘bald’ and ‘hottie’ as answers.
Last month, Harper’s Bazaar magazine named Prince Harry the 25th “most attractive man of all time,” surpassing Bradley Cooper and David Beckham in the rankings.
Months after his move to the US in 2020, Prince Harry was also named the “world’s sexiest royal” by People magazine.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Foundation had been sending personalized letters to unregistered voters and insisting that “every voice matters”, despite insisting that they are politically neutral and have not mentioned no candidate.
In 2020, the couple did not endorse any candidate, but urged Americans to vote in the “most important election of our lifetime.” Meghan even cold-called Americans urging them to vote.
Many interpreted this as an endorsement of Joe Biden, including Donald Trump, who said he was “not a fan” of the former Suits star and Harry’s luck “because he’s going to need it.”
