Joe Biden’s helicopter has been spotted flying through London as the US president prepares for the G7 summit across the country in Cornwall.
The plane was seen over the capital as Mr. Biden and his wife Jill met Boris and Carrie Johnson in Carbis Bay.

Social media users posted that they had seen ‘Marine One’ flying in South East England today – although that name has traditionally been reserved for when the president is on board.
President Biden will fly Marine One to Windsor on Sunday, likely explaining the plane’s presence today.
It could be a repositioning to RAF Mildenhall or practice the route needed to pick up Mr Biden from Heathrow and take him to Windsor Castle or Brussels – where he will visit after meeting the Queen.
The president had left Washington on June 9 and had arrived at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, where he met with US Air Force personnel stationed there.

Today he met Prime Minister Boris Johnson in Cornwall, the site of the G7 summit, and he will work all week to advance United States policy priorities.
In official photos from No. 10 today, the Prime Minister’s wife, Carrie Johnson, was seen holding baby Wilfred in her arms as the newlywed made her debut on the world stage.
But the merry apparitions came in spite of a arguing about Brexit today, if the White House tried to put out the flames of a major transatlantic failure.
Brexiteer Tories had called the 78-year-old Democrat ‘senile’ after failing to side with the UK in its ‘sausage war’ bust-up with the EU, and the US president used his diplomats to tell his express concern’ about the conflict.

But amid the tensions, Ms Johnson, a mother of one, seemed like a natural counterpart to the US First Lady, as the couple was pictured smiling together in the run-up to tomorrow’s pivotal G7 summit.
The event marks the first major engagement for Boris and Carrie since they married in a secret wedding ceremony last month.
This year’s summit comes as the US has reportedly issued a “demarche” to Britain, an official diplomatic censure not normally used against allies, especially those as close as the two nations.
Crunch talks between Britain and Brussels over sausage imports failed to deliver a breakthrough and European Commission Vice-President Maros Sefcovic threatened retaliation if Britain takes unilateral action to limit the flow of British-produced refrigerated meat to Northern Ireland to continue.

Wednesday 9 June
Biden and his wife Jill leave Washington on Wednesday morning. Their first stop in the UK is at Royal Air Force Mildenhall to greet US Air Force personnel stationed there. Mildenhall is home to the 100th Air Refueling Wing, the United States Air Force’s only permanent air refueling wing in the European theater.
thursday 10 june
Biden will meet Prime Minister Boris Johnson in Cornwall, the site of the G7 summit.
Friday 11 June
Biden will attend the G7 summit for three days starting Friday to work on US policy priorities such as the economy and allied unity. The First Lady will participate in the G7 Summit welcome events.
Saturday June 12
Biden will attend more G7 summits in Cornwall and have bilateral meetings with fellow G7 leaders. The First Lady will participate in the G7 leaders’ husbands program.
Sunday 13 June
Biden will end his meetings at the G7 summit. Afterwards, the Bidens will meet Britain’s Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle. Then Biden travels to Brussels for the night.
