Sophie Cachia shared the exciting news that she is expecting her third child last week, sparking speculation about her relationship status.
The 33-year-old influencer took to Instagram last Wednesday to announce the pregnancy and later confirmed that she will welcome a girl.
Sophie already shares son Bobby, nine, and daughter Florence, seven, with her ex-husband, AFL star Jaryd Cachia, from whom she split in late 2019.
Sophie has now hinted that she will be raising her third child as a single mother after responding to a fan’s congratulatory comment on YouTube.
One fan wrote: “Love this for you and your family! You’ll be fine on your own, you’re already an amazing mom! Congrats,” to which Sophie simply replied: “Thank you so much!!”
Her pregnancy announcement has also sparked speculation surrounding the identity of the father or sperm donor, with some suggesting it could be a friend of hers.

“After Sophie announced her pregnancy, a lot of people were like ‘who’s the father?’ and I thought it was pretty obvious that it was a sperm donor because of his previous situation with Maddie and how they were going through IVF,” they said.
“Maybe people were wondering who the father was, if it was a friend who had donated the sperm,” they argued. “I think people were wondering if it was Jaryd or someone they knew.”
“She has not confirmed any of this information and it’s really none of anyone’s business,” the sisters added.
The podcasters claimed that Sophie spoke publicly about having already told Jaryd about her pregnancy in an attempt to put to rest rumours that there is a rift between them.
Sophie split from Jarryd in 2019 and the two remain on friendly terms, co-parenting their two children.
Following their split, Sophie had an on-off relationship with Matildas star Alanna Kennedy, but they went their separate ways in early 2020.
