The royal, 40, who is currently expecting her fourth child, was accompanied by her husband, Prince Carl Philip, at the event.
The couple, who married in 2015, already have three children, Prince Alexander, Prince Gabriel and Prince Julian.
Sofia, who is also the Duchess of Värmland, wore a simple and elegant black suit for the occasion, to which she added a touch of style with flared trousers and shoes with gold buckles.
The ensemble subtly hinted at her baby bump, as the couple excitedly prepares to welcome a new addition to their family in February.
She added a shiny black leather bag to complete the all-black ensemble and opted for healthy, bright makeup.
Meanwhile, Carl Philip, 45, was ever the doting husband in a navy suit and polka dot tie, as he joined his wife in greeting alliance members.
The NOCTA meeting aims to guarantee children’s rights in technology policy.

NOCTA has been working with the Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia Foundation, which was established in June 2015.
The foundation’s vision is to ensure that all children and young people have the opportunity to be themselves.
It works to promote online safety for children and young people, and dyslexia with a focus on children’s rights.
Carl Philip is the only son and second son of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and Queen Silvia. Her older sister, Princess Victoria, 47, is the heir to the Swedish throne and is currently fourth in the line of succession.
