Adam, who starred in Love Island in 2018 and 2022, also appeared on Celebs Go Dating last year – but met Laura by cheekily sliding into her DMs.
The reality show lothario showed the couple’s relationship has blossomed since then when he dubbed Laura a ‘rock star’ with a cute post on her birthday.
The reality star opened up about how the couple met during an appearance on an episode of Getting Lippy Gossip Show in December.
He said: “I followed her on Instagram because I had watched a Lionesses game or something and then I texted her because she put a funny meme on her story.”
