Popular Mexican chain is launching ‘dinner for a tenner’ special offer – with a £2.50 happy hour

Popular Mexican restaurant Tortilla is welcoming the warmer weather with a new offer allowing foodies to dine for just £10.

As we look forward to longer, lighter days, California’s true burrito and taco joint has created a delicious new late-night menu.

The ‘Sunsets Special Offer’ late night menu is rolling out nationwide and even offers a £2.50 happy hour.

For just £10, customers can enjoy a full dinner after 5pm, including freshly prepared medium burritos, tacos, naked burritos or salads, complete with an authentic side of their choice.

Options include juicy sweet corn ribs topped with sour cream, crispy tortilla chips, and fresh salsa, or a Mexican party dish, queso fondo (a delicious blend of spicy chipotle cheese and caramelized chorizo).

The deal excludes add-ons like guacamole, cheese sauce, chorizo, and additional proteins that are paid for separately.

Meanwhile, the £2.50 happy hour deal is available to loyal Tortilla Club members purchasing food.

The offer is available from 5 to 8 pm daily (or all day Thursday to Saturday in Scotland) and the drinks included are a Beavertown Neck Oil IPA, a house-made margarita, Mexican beers, premium craft ciders or even 0 options %.

No reservations are necessary, so simply show up at your local restaurant during the offer hours to get the deal.

Tortillas marketing director Megan Burton-Brown said: ‘Our restaurants are a great place to enjoy delicious food at affordable prices.

“Tortilla is not just a lunch spot, it is a dining experience that explores healthy food combinations and is enjoyed all day long.”

Inspired by San Francisco taquerias, each restaurant aims to create a “relaxed atmosphere with neon lights” and “feel-good tunes.”

The chain boasts that each dish is prepared fresh and is completely customizable, with delicious toppings and fillings to suit every taste, diet, and craving.
