Stephen Nedoroscik has won another bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games after finishing on the podium in the men’s pommel horse final.

The 25-year-old Massachusetts native posted a score of 15.300 on Saturday to claim his second award of the summer, behind gold medalist Rhys McClenaghan of Ireland and runner-up Nariman Kurbanov of Kazakhstan.

Britain’s Max Whitlock, the two-time defending Olympic champion on the apparatus, missed out on the medal podium by 0.1 points, finishing fourth despite having beaten his qualifying score.

Nedoroscik, nicknamed the “pommel horse guy,” went viral last week after helping the United States to a third medal in the team event.
