Nintendo is receiving congratulatory messages from across the industry regarding the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, including from PlayStation and Xbox.
Both the PlayStation and Xbox Twitter accounts tweeted in celebration of launch day, and while all three companies are actively competing in the home console market, it’s always refreshing to see companies publicly support each other now and then, especially when a highly anticipated product is released.

This isn’t the first time a major publisher has congratulated a competitor on a major release, of course. Another example of these companies publicly supporting each other is with Nintendo of America President Doug Bowser congratulating Xbox on the launch of the Xbox Series X and S in 2020.
