The Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, who turned 35 yesterday, is doing everything possible to maintain her physique during the third trimester of her pregnancy.

"I feel far from being a dancer, but I am equally determined not to break into a penguin style and walk with bad postures.
"So with this in mind, I've continued to adopt trainings inspired by the bar throughout pregnancy, a form of exercise taken from the ballet that involves small, isolated movements that develop a flattering muscle tone or I hope so."

And although her sister suffered from extreme morning sickness in the early stages of each of her three pregnancies, Pippa did not suffer such discomfort during her first trimester.
The debilitating illness caused the Duchess of Cambridge to withdraw from her public duties for several weeks.
"I was lucky to pass the 12-week exam without suffering morning sickness," he said.
"When it was my first pregnancy, I had so many questions that I felt they still did not answer me.

Can I continue doing a normal yoga class if I avoided certain positions? Could I still work my abs?
"It's particularly difficult in the first few months when you really do not want to share the news with everyone, not even with the instructor in your class."
"I have noticed my body change and weight gain, but through exercise and effective sports, I feel that it is strengthening to support a healthy pregnancy, birth and recovery."
