The Pennsylvania man accused of beheading his father and holding his severed head in a YouTube video while criticizing the Biden administration has been indicted on new terrorism charges.
Justin Mohn, 32, was initially charged with first-degree murder, possession of a criminal instrument and abuse of a corpse in connection with the gruesome death of his father, 68-year-old Michael Mohn.
The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday that additional charges had been filed.
These included three counts of terrorism, two additional counts of possession of an instrument of crime, one count of robbery and several theft and theft-related offences.
Investigators say Mohn had a USB drive in his possession at the time of his arrest that contained photographs of federal buildings and instructions on how to make explosives.

The Pennsylvania man is accused of beheading his father at the family’s Levittown home before launching into a bizarre rant against the federal government in a YouTube video.
Mohn’s father, Michael, 68, worked as an engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Philadelphia district. His wife, Denice, called the police after finding his body.
The 32-year-old is accused of beheading his father while the two were alone in the family’s Levittown home on Jan. 30.
Mohn’s father worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Philadelphia District and was branded a “traitor to the country” in his son’s rambling manifesto, which was posted online shortly after the murder.
In the video, Mohn offered a $1 million reward to anyone who could kill top officials, including FBI Director Christopher Wray, Attorney General Merrick Garland and former Attorney General Bill Barr.
The 14-minute clip was viewed more than 5,000 times before being removed.
Among Mohn’s complaints toward the Biden administration was the belief that “woke mobs” were “destroying the country.”
Their talking points echoed beliefs associated with QAnon, a far-right conspiracy theory based on fabricated claims by anonymous individuals called ‘Q’.
Mohn’s mother, Denice, discovered her husband’s decapitated body when she returned home and called the police.
Police found the severed head inside a plastic bag that had been placed in a pot in a bedroom.
In the bathroom next door, investigators recovered a large kitchen knife and a machete from the bathtub. Bloody rubber gloves were also found in a first-floor bedroom.
The 32-year-old offered a $1 million reward to anyone who could kill senior US government officials in a rambling manifesto video that was viewed 5,000 times before being removed.
Police discovered Michael’s severed head inside a pot in a bedroom and recovered a large knife and a machete from the bathroom next door.
Mohn claimed that “woke mobs” were destroying the country and blamed the federal government.
Angela Watson, director of communications for the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, told DailyMail.com that Mohn’s cell phone was pinged while he was traveling upstate.
As Middletown police rushed to arrest him at the military base, they warned nearby businesses to lock their doors.
“He was then located outside the facility, where officers discovered his vehicle, but he was not inside,” Watson said.
‘There was another ping inside the facility and at that time the State Police was informed. Mohn was found walking through the facility on one of the main roads and was detained without incident.’
Watson added that he was carrying a firearm.
Fort Indiantown police were notified of their presence in the area at 9 p.m. The 32-year-old man was arrested shortly after and held in a cell overnight before being transported back to the Middletown Police Department.
In the gruesome YouTube clip, Mohn briefly discussed his motivations behind his father’s murder before launching into a lengthy rant against the government.
With the camera rolling, he held up his father’s severed head, wrapped in plastic.
“This is Mike Mohn’s boss, a federal employee for over 20 years…and my father,” Mohn said. “He is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country.”

The 32-year-old claimed he could have been “the first unanimously elected president since George Washington.”

The University of Colorado graduate referred to himself as “the commander of America’s national militia network, which you may know as the Mohn Militia.”
He made frequent references to God and Satan and called on people to follow him.
“Prior to the 2020 presidential election, some voters and campaign contributors in both the Republican and Democratic parties viewed me as the best candidate for president of the United States, despite my age,” Mohn said.
He stated that he “could have been the first unanimously elected president since George Washington.”
The Pennsylvania man previously filed a lawsuit against the United States after failing to get a job.
