He later appeared in good spirits when he joked that the doctors spoke better English than the show’s host, Ilary.
Paul also said he will be dating footballer and Ilary’s husband, Francesco Totti, once the show is over.

According to The sun, producers of the series recently got together to discuss whether Paul was fit enough to continue with the show.
He was flown to hospital for an emergency check-up after sustaining his injury, which forced him to temporarily withdraw from filming.
A friend of Paul’s told the publication: ‘He dislocated his shoulder. It’s such a shame because he did so well.
He’s resting while the medical team checks him. The producers are very concerned. He can be withdrawn. There are also insurance issues to consider. ‘
