The unbreakable bond between former Comanchero boss Mark Buddle and infamous enforcer Tarek Zahed has been revealed in a photo of Zahed at his mother’s funeral.

The mother of exiled bicycle commander Les, Les passed away in 2018, and Buddle asked his long-standing ally Tarek Zahed, nicknamed the “Balenciaga bikie” for his love of designer clothes, to carry her coffin.

Buddle left Australia for Dubai in 2010 after a guard was fatally shot, and paid $45,000 for his mother to be buried in the gilded coffin during her funeral in Botany, south-east Sydney.

Exiled bike boss Buddle did not return to Australia for her funeral, but asked his close friend Zahed to be a pallbearer, decked out in the gang’s famous black and yellow colors, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Members of the gang shared photos to Instagram at the funeral, where they were dressed in full color.

One of the captions reads: ‘Brothers through good times and bad #loyalty #respect #support #comos’.

During the funeral, Strike Force Raptor forced the cyclist’s members to take off their shoes to search for drugs and weapons.

In May, Zahed miraculously survived an assassination attempt at Bodyfit Gym in Auburn when he was shot multiple times as more than 20 bullets were fired.

He was rushed to hospital to fight for his life and underwent surgery for ten bullet wounds to his head and body, with one bullet puncturing his eyeball.

His brother Omar, 39, was killed in the shooting.
