Members of both Mrs. Luland and Mrs. Widders & # 39; family were in court for the short session on Monday.

Britton did not appear in court and she was taken into pre-trial detention prior to another scheduled appearance on Friday.

She is accused of manslaughter, dangerous driving resulting in death and not stopping and assisting after a car accident.

Daily Mail Australia understands that at the time of the alleged crash Britton served an 18-month conditional release order (CRO).

The CRO – which would not expire until September 2020 – was introduced after being found guilty of mistreatment in Macksville Local Court in January.
