Warner Bros. revealed: Discovery and NetherRealm Studios have announced that the revamped Mortal Kombat 1 will arrive on September 19th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
After teasing during the earnings session earlier this year, Warner Bros. Discovery and NetherRealm officially announce Mortal Kombat 1 on its website.
Fans have been eagerly anticipating the game since NetherRealm revealed that it has been working on a new project since July 2021, after ending support for Kombat 11, while Johnny Cage’s voice actor Andrew Bowen teased in a tweet that was later deleted that the 12th part of the series was in development.
It is noteworthy that Mortal Kombat 11 was released in 2019, after 4 long years of waiting by fans for a new part of their favorite bloody fighting series.
