A Colorado CEO has been charged with throwing a 15-year-old boy to the floor of an In-N-Out burger restaurant for splashing his wife while throwing water at his friends.

Lucas Kalisher, 55, was charged with second-degree assault by police in Loveland, Colorado, for the Aug. 4 incident at an In N-Out-Burger in suburban Denver.

He was filmed throwing an unidentified boy onto the tiled floor of a restaurant after the young man hit his wife with water droplets while splashing a friend.

A warrant was issued for Kalisher’s arrest and on Tuesday night around 10:30 p.m., nearly 10 days after the incident, he turned himself in to the Larimer County Jail.

The video shows an enraged Kalisher grabbing the teen by the neck and yelling at him to “apologize” as he held the young man in front of the blonde woman sitting at the table.

“Don’t treat a lady like that,” he shouted as the boy’s two friends watched in shock and said “Jerome, bro,” as their friend was forcefully pushed to the ground.

His friends said in disbelief: “You can’t… have a child like that.”

As the teenager stood up, the man repeated to the boy: “Say I’m sorry… Say I’m sorry… Say I’m sorry.”

The video was shared online and viewed hundreds of thousands of times, sparking outrage among those who saw it.

The incident took place on Saturday at the popular fast food restaurant in Loveland, Colorado.

The woman is heard talking to the teenager as the man continues to berate him.

Many took to TikTok, X and Facebook to share how disturbed they were after watching the video and were trying to find the man’s identity.

Tik Tok Mom5LovShe reposted the video. She said the original video was deleted. ‘This guy had no relation to the man! They accidentally threw water on the woman and this is how she reacted. This is how she encouraged him to react.’

Many who saw the video were devastated, some even crying.

“I don’t know what happened. That story made me cry because she’s a teenager,” she said.

Another wrote: ‘No matter what that guy may have done in that restaurant, I guarantee you it was nothing to deserve THAT kind of reaction from a stranger,’ someone wrote.

“No matter what happens, don’t treat a child like that. Who is he to put his hands on him like that?” said another.

“This is not acceptable at all,” someone said. “I hope his parents will pursue this matter.”

The father of one of the other teens wrote in a Facebook group hours after the horrific experience that “his son’s teenage friend was assaulted by an adult male at the In-N-Out in Loveland because he accidentally poured water on his wife.”

“Does anyone know this man so that justice can be done for this young man? Please feel free to share!”
