Microsoft shares our first look at the new Xbox Home Screen

Date:

Microsoft will be rolling out a new version of the Xbox Home screen to testers this week, and recently shared with us the first image of the new design that looks more “simple”.

The updated design, which will be released to Xbox Insiders this week, is said to incorporate feedback gathered from previous tests that lasted for several months, said Ivy Krislov, the company’s senior product manager. in his remarks “This updated design incorporates the feedback we heard from you along with all the lessons learned from our past experiences.”

Krislov particularly highlighted comments on previous designs, noting that the top of the homepage looked cluttered and didn’t leave enough room to “enjoy your background”.

According to Microsoft, this new version of the Xbox Home provides easy navigation to the Library, Microsoft Store, Xbox Game Pass, Search, and Settings by introducing a new quick access menu. It also simplifies the design and provides more room for users to see their wallpapers by reducing the size of some tiles and moving them to the bottom of the screen.

There is no specific date for the launch of the new design for all Xbox owners, and we only have to wait for official statements from Microsoft.
