Former Biggest Loser trainer Michelle Bridges was charged on Sunday, January 26, with drink-driving with her child, son Axel, in the car.

In her isolation at her Sydney home with her son, a sportswear-clad Michelle grimaced as she spoke about how families can stay safe, happy and healthy during the pandemic.

Michelle first revealed what really happened the day she was charged with drink-driving and admitted she had made a “bad decision.”

In this week’s Stellar magazine, she said she had been drinking with friends the night before while nursing a broken heart after breaking up with partner Steve.

The fitness instructor revealed, “Privately, I was going through a pretty stressful time at a personal level, chasing my breakup.”

It was not widely known that the couple broke up when Michelle was charged with drink-driving on Sunday, January 26 [Australia Day].

Michelle was loaded into her Range Rover at Bellevue Hill on Sunday, January 26 at 11:25 AM, with Axel in the backseat.

Michelle returned a positive blood alcohol value of 0.086.
