The singer, 48, cut a tired but cheerful figure as her fiancé, 35, gently helped her out of the posh Mayfair private members’ club, Oswald’s.
She made a glamorous outing, still stunning in her incredible dress, which featured a daring slit to show off her cleavage.
Mel made sure to reference her Scary Spice roots by carrying a leopard bag, while Rory carried two Victoria Beckham gift bags.
She was also wearing a pair of matching stilettos, but her fiancé was always a gentleman and held her hand tightly to make sure she didn’t trip.

Looking very much in love, Mel put her arms around him in a loving display, before the couple were taken back home.
The Spice Girls came together to celebrate their beloved Posh Spice’s milestone birthday at an exclusive, lavish party where guests enjoyed dinner, soft drinks and cocktails, and danced into the early hours of the morning.
But what made the night particularly special for the birthday girl, friends said, was having all of her former bandmates in the same room.
Even Geri Horner appeared with a smile, one of the last to arrive, apparently having moved on from the sexting scandal involving her husband, Red Bull Racing boss Christian Horner. However, she was absent due to work commitments.
Emma Bunton arrived with her husband Jade Jones, closely followed by Melanie Chisholm and then Mel B.
“It meant a lot to Victoria that everyone was there,” a friend said. ‘They were a big part of his life and shared a lot together.

The former footballer could be seen with an excited smile on his face as the group showed off some dance moves while singing the lyrics.
Victoria also shared the clip and wrote “best night of my life!” Happy Birthday to me! I love you all so much! #Give flavor to your life’.
