Married At First Sight star Cassandra Allen has broken her silence on Tori’s infamous “food chain” comment following her dinner blowup.
Cassandra, 29, left Tori, 27, fuming at dinner on Wednesday night when she took Timothy Smith’s side during a heated argument.
Tori was furious that Cassandra wasn’t at the “top of the food chain” on the show and criticized the management officer for picking fights with her in shock scenes.
Speaking to the camera behind Cassandra’s back, Tori fumed: ‘Little bites, baby, don’t come over the top. There’s a fucking food chain here and you’re not at the top. Shut up.’
Cassandra has now broken her silence about the now infamous comment and admitted that she had no idea it had upset Tori so much until she saw the scenes.

She said Nine: “I’m so grateful for everyone’s kindness and support, but I think Tori was just lashing out because she was hurt.”
“I didn’t see their private conversations until later, so I didn’t really realize that I had made (Tori) so angry,” he added.
Cassandra also admitted that it was “unnecessary” for Tori to call her partner Tristan Black a “shitty husband” during her rant when he wasn’t even involved in the tension.
Cassandra said of the comment: “That was so unnecessary, I wasn’t really impressed and Tristan is nothing but wonderful of course.”
However, he insisted that he has no “anger or animosity” toward Tori after the tension and that he has “a lot of respect” for her.
“That was one of the only times I disagreed with his behavior in the group,” Cassandra explained.
Tori, 27, raged that Cassandra, 29, was not at the “top of the food chain” in a now-infamous comment as the administrative officer took Timothy Smith’s side during a tense row.
After the scenes aired, Cassandra broke her silence about the now-infamous comment and admitted that she had no idea she had upset Tori that way.
“I don’t think she’s a bad person, I just think she’s on her own journey and I’m on mine.”
Cassandra said she didn’t speak to Tori after dinner and they only saw each other again at the next commitment ceremony, which will air on Sunday.
Tori was criticized by fans for her “food chain” comment, as viewers called it “embarrassing” and “classless.”
Fans quickly took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to mock Tori for the “immature” comment comparing her to a high school student.
Comparing her to infamous Mean Girls character Regina George, one fan said, “The fact that Tori thinks she’s at the top of the food chain at 28 is proof she peaked in high school.” .
Another wrote, “I love how cool and unwavering Cassandra was while Tori ranted about being at the top of the food chain,” without any interruption in the slightest. She didn’t have to do much, just let Tori make a fool of herself…

Tori had been furious at how Cassandra had taken Timothy’s side after she accused him of seeming “smug” following his fiery fight with Jayden Eynaud.

Tim had been involved in a fight with Jayden, who had criticized his relationship with Lucinda Light and accused him of not making any effort.
A furious Tim, 51, said he didn’t want advice from a 27-year-old and slammed the table in anger, furious that Jayden had “nothing in life”.
Tori was angered by his comments towards Jayden and then accused Tim of looking “smug” while he calmly chatted with the other couples after the fiery outburst.
But siding with Tim, Cassandra insisted he hadn’t been doing anything to provoke Tori’s outburst, while accusing her of trying to stir up more drama.
