Manchester United captain Harry Maguire is an injury-doubt for the Europa League final after a warped ankle 3-1 win against Aston Villa in a massive blow to the Red Devils

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also keeps his fingers crossed that the injury is not as bad as initially feared, but admitted that Maguire could be out for a ‘few weeks’ – putting his place in the final in jeopardy.
“We now have a final to look forward to and hopefully that will be with Harry Maguire,” said the United boss. ‘We have to check him. It could take a few weeks, it could be a few days, who knows?
“Hopefully he won’t be too bad, but I’m not a doctor and we have to check and scan him tomorrow.

But now manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is worried that Maguire could be out in the coming weeks
‘It was his ankle, lower leg. I think the boy ended up on top of him and he twisted his ankle and got hit.
Harry has been excellent and it is almost unheard of from the minutes he has played without missing a thing.
‘His condition is very good, he is robust, but today it seemed as if the boy landed on him and he twisted his ankle. That’s something you can’t really defend yourself against, so unfortunately he had to get off.
‘I don’t know how bad it is. Maybe it will be available on Thursday, I don’t know, but it could take longer. I’ll tell you Tuesday night. ‘
