Paul Pogba is a doubt for Manchester United’s pre-season friendly against Kristiansund in Oslo after complaining of a back problem.
Pogba missed a team workout at the Ullevaal Stadium on Tuesday morning to have treatment ahead of this evening’s match.
Club sources insist the Frenchman should be fit to play, but United may decide not to take the risk with just 12 days to go before the Premier League opener at home to Chelsea.

Pogba has played in all four of United’s pre-season games so far as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have beaten Perth Glory, Leeds, Inter Milan and Tottenham.
It has helped quell the latest speculation over his future at Old Trafford as his agent Mino Raiola tries to engineer a move to Real Madrid or Juventus.
United will once again be without Romelu Lukaku for the game in Oslo after he missed every pre-season fixture so far amid interest from Inter Milan and Juventus.
United have one more game – against AC Milan in Cardiff on Saturday – before the start of the new season.
