Manchester United’s minority owner INEOS is looking to sell sister club Nice.
As reported by The independentIt is anticipated that UEFA will give both clubs a one-season transition to compete in the Europa League.
Earlier this year, INEOS bought a 27.7 per cent stake in United and are keen to oversee significant changes at the club.
Ratcliffe is determined to restore United’s status as the dominant club in English football, although much work remains to be done at Old Trafford.

INEOS is concerned about the ownership rules of several clubs as they own Nice and United.
INEOS bought Nice in 2019 but is now open to selling the club.
The collapse of the French national television market is a major concern, as there is currently no broadcaster.
Complications relating to the ownership of several clubs have encouraged INEOS to sell Nice, as they and United will be in the Europa League next season.
Nice could be allowed to participate next season by placing it in a “blind trust”, but that would not be the case for future campaigns.
Last season, Nice finished in fifth place in Ligue 1, accumulating 55 points from 34 games.
