A convicted sex offender was charged after allegedly approaching an eight-year-old boy and his 10-year-old brother for sex while playing in a park.
Geoffrey Michael Breasley, 46, was reportedly & # 39; very drunk & # 39; when he approached and threatened the brothers and another boy, 11, in the Jarvie Park of Marrickville in southwest Sydney on Wednesday afternoon.
The police claim that Breasley kicked and spit on a male and female sergeant after he was arrested when he was arrested at around 3 p.m.

Breasley was charged with three things: buying a child under the age of 14 for sexual activity, two counts of police attack, police intimidation, stalking and intimidation, and offensive behavior.
Breasely was imprisoned in 2013 for sex-related crimes, 9News reported.
He went to the local court in Burwood and was refused the bail.
The magistrate told Breasley's lawyer that he is likely to receive a prison sentence if he is found guilty due to the & # 39; seriousness of the violation & # 39 ;.

He will go to court again via a video link on 1 May.
