Married At First Sight bride Cyrell Paule has slammed Channel Nine for considering Skye Wheatley as the new host of Love Island Australia.
Skye, 30, was reportedly a favourite to replace Sophie Monk as host of the reality show, but was apparently ruled out of the competition due to her changing appearance following multiple plastic and cosmetic surgeries.
Cyrell recently slammed Skye’s comments about her appearance on Amazing Race Australia after Skye called her “crazy.”
The 35-year-old didn’t mince words in her assessment of the situation, but took to Instagram to slam Skye.
“I heard that an iconic queen… was supposedly going to be replaced as host,” Cyrell began the incendiary post.
“I hope not… in this day and age… you don’t fix what ain’t broken… I absolutely think the current host is phenomenal.”
Continuing, Cyrell added that if the show has to get a new host, producers should look for one with broader appeal.
‘But if you wanted a fresh new face… could we choose someone diverse… and have it be a face that represents everyone…?’

Cyrell continued: “And not someone who is beautiful with a face but has an ugly heart.”
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Skye Wheatley for comment.
The two reality stars certainly have a history of conflict and the pair had a huge row at a celebrity-filled dinner party on the Gold Coast in 2022.
Cyrell lost it when Skye asked if her three-year relationship with Love Island alum Eden Dally was genuine.

The person sitting next to Cyrell secretly recorded Skye ranting as they dined with other influencers and TV personalities at the Palazzo Versace hotel.
“Don’t play dumb. I’m going to put you in your place,” she warned Wheatley in the video, which she shared on Instagram.
In the video, Wheatley bluntly asked if her romance with Dally was “fake,” despite the fact that they share a child together.
Skye, who rose to fame on Big Brother in 2014 and became one of Australia’s first ‘Instagram stars’, recently returned from Turkey where she underwent a fox eye lift, liposuction, a temporal lift and blepharoplasty.
These procedures were just the latest in a series of operations the 30-year-old has undergone over the past decade in her quest to achieve the “perfect” look.
Upon her return to Queensland, Wheatley was devastated when Nine contacted her to say the network no longer required her services as a Love Island presenter.

Before her ill-fated trip to Turkey, she had been first in line to replace Sophie Monk as host. Monk is said to be leaving the dating show to focus on other projects at Nine.
“There was an idea to bring Sophie Monk into the new format of The Floor. There was also the idea that Skye could sneak in and take over Love Island Australia,” a source said.
‘The executives believed that Skye could do a very similar job to Sophie.’
However, the source said Nine ultimately decided not to work with Wheatley after she drastically changed her appearance through cosmetic surgery.
“The problem with changing your appearance and even your hair color is that your brand is often wrapped up in a look you’re famous for,” the source said.
“I don’t think Nine had any doubts about her ability to host the show. I think what changed was simply the ‘image’ that they hired her for.”
“But if you want a fresh new face… could we choose someone diverse… and have it be a face that represents everyone…?” he added.
