GBBO contestant Lucy Beaumont chose ‘Worst Ever’ as nasty cake Paul Hollywood SPITS OUT during celebrity party special – before David Morrissey’s Star Baker was crowned
Lucy Beaumont has been named the worst contestant of all time on The Great British Bake Off as she competed on Sunday’s Stand Up 2 Cancer celebrity show.
The comedian, 39, failed to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith when she served them a tragic Showstopper cake, which the Cheshire native claimed was almost ‘inedible’.
She certainly made life easier for her co-stars Tom Daly, Adele Roberts, and David Morrissey, who were crowned Star Baker.
Not one to back down from his opinion, Paul is even disgusted by Lucy’s innovation.
In his caption, he said, “I wouldn’t say it’s inedible, but it’s on the way.” I’ve never had a cake like it before. It’s strange.

creaky! The comedian, 39, failed to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith when she served them a tragic Showstopper cake.
After the chin-up barbs, Lucy then jokes, “I had a nice day out. I’d like to win the apron but I’m not funny, I have aprons at home.”
Out of earshot, Paul told Prue Leith as well as hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas: “It’s definitely one of the worst tent cakes we’ve ever seen!”
After making a decision, Noel couldn’t resist giving a dig at Lucy when he announced the winner.
In announcing the tent, he said: “The winner of Baker’s Star is Lucy… No of course it’s not,” he says, before adding, “If it were up to me, she’d be the winner.”
But viewers were really taken for granted by Tom Daley’s coy appearance on the show.
The Olympic diver, 28, sent fans into hysterics as he made some X-rated banter about the ‘circumference’ of a large pin while banging together a quiche with questionable embellishments.
The knitting enthusiast revealed his plans to produce a heartwarming character for Judge Paul during a tense conversation with host Matt.
Recording his hints, Twitter users took to the platform to share their sense of humor.
