Love Island’s Joanna Chimonides calls it QUITS with former flame Chris Taylor as she enjoys a string of dates on PrettyLittleThing’s new dating series

Love Island All Stars’ Joanna Chimonides and Chris Taylor have called it quits.

The influencer, 27, and Chris, 33, tried to rekindle their relationship outside the villa, but have now decided to call it quits on their romance for good.

Joanna revealed she’s been enjoying a string of dates on PrettyLittleThings’ new dating series PrettyLittleFling – confirming she and Chris are just friends.

Former Love Island star Indiyah Polack hosts the new series, co-launched by Krispy Kreme and PrettyLittleThing.

Teasing the exciting new YouTube series, which launches on March 17, Joanna said: ‘After not finding love in the villa, I’m excited to try and find my match on this new series with PLT and Krispy Kreme.

‘We had so much fun filming and I’m excited for you all to watch me (hopefully) find love over some unicorn doughnuts!’

In the dating series, matchmaker Indiyah will play cupid for Joanna, Anastasia Kingsnorth and Bryon Denton, arranging dates with 10 bachelors.

Indiyah said: ‘I’m so excited to be the face of the new PrettyLittleThing and Krispy Kreme dating range. It was so much fun hosting my own dating show – I can’t wait for you to watch the series and see what we’ve been up to!’

Joanna and Chris were linked briefly before Joanna began to question their bond – before she was dumped.

Chris was then voted off the show a few days later and they revealed during the finale when they returned to South Africa that they were still talking and hanging out and not ruling out a future romance.

After he was dumped, Chris admitted he fancied Joanna for four years before meeting her in a South African villa.

The reality star added that he wanted to give their relationship a chance outside the show when they fly back to the UK.

Chris sat down to chat with host Maya Jama and opened up about his feelings for Joanna, despite their rocky few days.

He explained: ‘I had wanted Joanna for a good four years so when she came in I was thrilled.

‘It was left at a really awkward time when we were smack bang in the middle of figuring out what it could have been, so we’re left with questions.’

During the exit interview, he added: ‘My experience with Joanna was fantastic. When she came in, I was very excited. I’ve wanted her for a long time.

– As soon as she arrived at the villa, I could see that there was something between us.

‘We had lots of deep chats in bed and I learned so much about her on a deeper level and in the end we were both very comfortable with each other.’
