In a video obtained by SunThe former Love Island winner can be seen apparently using an air canister to fill balloons for his friends.

According to the publication, a fellow partygoer claimed the gas was nitrous oxide.

The Class C drug, also known as laughing gas, was reclassified in November last year and serious users can face up to two years in prison, while traffickers can face up to 14 years in prison.

Taking too much nitrous oxide can cause users to lose consciousness and suffocate from lack of oxygen.

In a video obtained by The Sun, the former Love Island winner can be seen apparently using an air canister to fill balloons for his friends.

Reality star Davide was out with friends this weekend and was filmed filling balloons in the early hours of Saturday morning.

It is said to have occurred after Solaris del Sol in the Firefly club.

While Davide appears to be using the pump to fill the balloons in the video, there is no suggestion that he used the gas himself.
