Liam Payne’s ex-fiancée Maya Henry has broken her silence following the singer’s sudden death.
The One Direction star, 31, allegedly fell from the third floor of a hotel in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires, according to TMZ.
When contacted by DailyMail.com, her representative said: “She is obviously in shock right now.”
Just two days ago, the Texas model, 23, ordered her lawyers to issue a cease-and-desist letter to the pop star after accusing him of repeatedly contacting her.
Several witnesses told the publication that Payne had fallen from his room at the CasaSur Palmero Hotel shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

The One Direction star, 31, reportedly died this Wednesday after falling from the third floor of a hotel in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires.
Emergency services are believed to be present outside the hotel, where a red tent has been set up on site.
Investigations into the death of the 31-year-old man are ongoing.
