Lady Gaga shouts at ‘Little Monsters’ fans as she goes through an ice bath as part of her recovery routine
Lady Gaga has a unique three-stage recovery process after the performance, including sitting in an ice cold bath while listening to music.
After enduring a long and tough video shoot in the desert for her new single, Stupid Love, the pop superstar once again demonstrated her personal healing technique in a short clip that she placed on her Instagram story.
“I am in the desert in an ice bath because I love my f ** king fans,” a naked Gaga shouted into the camera with loud music.

The New York resident then referred again to her admiring and loyal fans.
“You even stand by this bathtub,” said Gaga from the Little Monsters logo, the term used to describe Lady Gaga fans.
“Look where you are,” she continued.
In an effort to get her photographer to point the camera at the Little Monsters logo, she added: “Show them where they are. Show them where they are. ”

The contrasting cold and warm baths promote blood and lymphatic vessels pumping after the activity is completed, physical therapist Lee Hanses said Seduce magazine.
He added: “The movement and release of fresh nutrients and oxygen, in combination with the removal of lactic acid and carbon dioxide from our muscles, helps in a faster recovery for optimum performance.”
The video for Stupid Love, her first solo single in almost three years, was released on Friday at midnight.
