The longtime friends met through mutual friends when they were 13 and hanging out at a bookstore, Karanikolaou revealed in an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast released in 2022.
Since then, they have remained close and constant friends through their steady rise to fame.
When Jenner celebrated her 27th birthday over the weekend, Karanikolaou was on hand to celebrate with her and even appeared on her Instagram post declaring that she had the “best birthday ever.”
