Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson make history! KIIS FM breakfast show claims highest ratings ever – as shock jock vows do a sex act live on air if they get more listeners in next poll
Kyle Sandilands, 51, and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, 48, have made history, topping the latest radio ratings poll with a massive 17.9 percent audience share.
The Kyle and Jackie O Show was the number 1 breakfast show in Sydney for the third ongoing investigation.
According to figures released on Tuesday, the duo averaged a whopping 921,000 listeners per week.
Kyle sent the airwaves blue upon hearing the news as he told listeners how “excited” he was about the giant figures.
‘I’ve gone from half chub to full mongrel, just so you know, and that’s how you know you’ve done it right, when you’re at work with a huge boner. It doesn’t get much better than that. It’s pressed against these tight jeans,” he said.

This prompted his team to sing “get your c*** out” in the background.
Kyle then promised that if they reached a 20 percent audience share in the next poll, he would masturbate live on air.
‘I’m not here to gloat. I can’t get my ass to work, come on man. If we get a 20 (percent) share, I’ll pull it off live on air,” he said.
Meanwhile, 2GB breakfast with Ben Fordham scored a 15 percent share of the audience.
Overall, KIIS FM achieved 13 percent of the audience share, up 1.5 points and beating 2GB in the survey, finishing with 12.2 percent overall.
It was the second time in a year that KIIS FM beat 2GB as Sydney’s number 1 station.
Elsewhere in the survey, WSFM’s Amanda Keller and Brendan Jones lost listeners in the latest radio ratings.
The duo’s breakfast show Jonesy and Amanda scored 8 percent of the audience, down 2.2 percent from the last survey.
Meanwhile, Nova 96.9’s much-hyped breakfast team, made up of Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald, Michael “Wippa” Wipfli, and Kate Ritchie, also scored poorly in the latest survey.
Their show Fitzy and Wippa with Kate Ritchie only managed to attract 6.9 percent of the available audience.
Sandiland and Henderson, meanwhile, took to Instagram to thank their fans.
“I have a special announcement to make,” the fame shock jock posted.
“We eclipsed the last record. We were at a share of 15.1, it’s 17.9.
More listeners than ever before. it almost looks like herpes…
Well done to the staff and team, thank you to everyone who listens.
Henderson also sent a message to the breakfast duo’s followers to thank her and pay tribute to her on-air partner.
“The most important part, everyone listening,” she said.
“Well done and congratulations, Kyle. Those numbers,’ she gushed, ‘we never thought.’
