During some downtime, Kim, who showed off her muscle stimulator training pads this week, told her mother Kris Jenner on set: “I had a salmon sperm facial and they injected salmon sperm into my face.”
Kris couldn’t help but laugh, although it seems Kim isn’t the only celebrity who has tried this strange technique.

The whole family had gathered together for this week’s episode to record promotional videos for this new season.
During some downtime, Kim, who showed off her muscle stimulator training pads this week, told her mother Kris Jenner on set: “I had a salmon sperm facial and they injected salmon sperm into my face.”
Kris couldn’t help but laugh, although it seems Kim isn’t the only celebrity who has tried this strange technique.
While Kim didn’t show off the facial on camera, she did join her sister Khloe in trying to cheer Kris Jenner up about her hysterectomy surgery.
“My mom is very sad about losing her ovaries and I think we should just turn it into a positive moment and bring her something to cheer her up and celebrate the amazing work those ovaries have done,” Kim says in a confessional.
Kim walks into Kris’s house and says, “I brought us a little cake,” as she finds Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Kris reads the cake: “Not an ovary yet,” while bursting into laughter when Khloe walks in with flowers and balloons.
“Cake, balloons and flowers?” Kris exclaims as Khloe confesses, “We know my mom is a little anxious about the upcoming surgery. What we do best is support each other in times of need, in times of joy, when we’re scared.”
Kris clutches her massive bouquet of flowers and proclaims, “I feel like I’ve given birth all over again,” as Khloe adds, “to six fucking phenomenal human beings.”
Kim adds: “Your ovaries have been working overtime,” while Khloe adds: “Leave them alone.”
Kris adds in confession: “I loved being pregnant, I loved, I loved, I loved being pregnant,” as we see old photos of her with various pregnant bellies.

Khloe enters with flowers and balloons.

“I regret not being able to get pregnant again. It was a wonderful time in my life when I felt like everything stopped. Life was beautiful. It was the best time of my life, the best years,” Kris confesses.
Back at Kris’s house, Kris cuts the cake and adds, “Here’s to new beginnings, knowing I’ll never be pregnant again.”
“Where are the rest of your kids?” Khloe asks, as Corey replies, “It seems like Kourtney should have been the first one to arrive.”
Kim adds before taking a bite of the cake: “I would just say, take note of who shows up, show up first,” with a wink.
Kim adds with a smile: “That’s what I would do in my will. Who showed up to my ovarian party?”
