Katie Price has already issued a major warning to anyone considering buying her “cursed” Mucky Mansion.
However, it seems her words fell on deaf ears as her home was reported to have sold just weeks after being put on the market.
The Horsham, West Sussex, home has been put up for sale for £1.5million after the former glamour model was evicted by bailiffs for failing to make her mortgage payments.
However, Katie had gone to great lengths to warn potential buyers as she admitted to suffering panic attacks when walking down the driveway and told new owners to prepare for “bad luck” in an exclusive chat to MailOnline.
Katie, who was unable to pay the mortgage on the house amid her ongoing bankruptcy troubles, had many problems with the house over the years, including break-ins, structural problems and reports of “seeing ghosts.”

In an interview with MailOnline in June, Katie insisted it had been her decision to leave and that it marked a new chapter in her life.
The mother of five insisted: “I’ve been wanting to get out of my old house for years. It’s been hell. I’ve never had any luck in that house.”
Katie continued: “I hate that house. Whoever buys it, I warn you, they will have bad luck there.”
“It’s absolutely cursed. My anxiety got worse with that house. There was a point where I couldn’t even walk up to the front door without having a panic attack.
“I got therapy because of the house. I should never have gone back there. Now that I’m not there anymore, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done in my life.”
On Monday, estate agents HJ Burt & Son confirmed they had received an offer on the nine-bedroom home – and the new buyer clearly ignored Katie’s words.
The sprawling property was on the market for £1.5m as it had been left in a terrible state, with the 10-acre grounds overgrown and the pool water turning green.
Cleaners were forced to remove piles of rubbish and abandoned cars before they could be put up for sale.
He paid £1.35m for the property from former Conservative peer Francis Maude in 2014 and appeared in a Channel Four series in which he attempted to renovate the house.
She warned prospective homeowners by admitting she suffered panic attacks when walking down the driveway and told new homeowners to prepare for “bad luck” in a chat with MailOnline.
The property had a swimming pool, nine bedrooms, four bathrooms and three floors.
In April, Katie shared photos of two men she feared were trying to break into her Mucky Mansion, just days after she was forced to call police after another gang of strangers were outside her home.
Katie posted alarming doorbell footage on Instagram showing an intruder approaching her front door before walking away.
He then added a photo of himself and a second man, as well as a photo of a white Ford they had parked in their driveway.
Sussex Police told MailOnline it had received a report of “suspicious behaviour involving a possible burglary” at around 9pm. The two men were searched and given “advice” before being released after nothing was found, police said.
This is the latest incident to occur at Mucky Manor, which became the subject of a Channel 4 documentary when it attempted to bring the property back to life for the last time.
Katie too He revealed how someone had broken into his property in the middle of the night and sprayed a corrosive substance on the Range Rover, causing some of its pink paint to peel off.
She revealed: ‘There is now 24-hour security on the property for their protection.’
Katie hopes her new family home, which includes a double garage and open-plan kitchen, will be a safe haven for her brood.
However, after seeing her new property, confused fans questioned how she had managed to afford the £4,995 monthly payment amid her financial troubles.
Speaking to MailOnline, Katie criticised the scrutiny over her finances, insisting: “I’m fed up with dealing with this bankruptcy story. I’ve sorted it out.”
‘It happened when I had a financial crisis, and anyone can declare bankruptcy, but the newspapers are obsessed with it.
“There’s nothing to be ashamed of. I earn good money. I make good money. I’ve sorted my situation out and it is what it is. I’m getting better now.”
Mucky Manor became the subject of a Channel 4 documentary when it attempted to bring the property back to life.
In March, Katie declared bankruptcy for the second time after failing to pay more than £750,000 in unpaid taxes.
The former glamour model failed to appear at a court hearing in London to explain why she has not paid any money to HMRC.
It is the second bankruptcy that Katie has faced, as she is being pursued by creditors to pay £3.2m over the failure of her company, Jordan Trading Ltd.
Creditors are owed £3.2m from his perfume and cosmetics business.
