The former glamor model, 45, took to Instagram after the procedure to flaunt her pout.
Wearing a tiny pink vest that highlighted her surgically enhanced assets, the mother of five told her followers:
‘So you know I want to look like a Bratz doll? This is the beginning! I’ve visited Ellie. Look at their lips!
Katie then tried to blow a kiss at the camera, but struggled to purse her swollen lips.

In the video she said: ‘And guess what? Now that I’ve been going to the gym and stuff, it’s about time I put some more padding in that butt.
The star has spent more than $130,000 on cosmetic surgery and appears to have no plans to even slow down, given her latest admission of wanting to look like the American doll who has what is now known as the “butterfly lip.”

She is said to have wanted 2120 CC implants in a bid to increase her already large bust size.
Mother to Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight, Katie has admitted in the past that she “can’t wait” to undergo more procedures at Lift Aesthetics.
Of the £130,000 Katie has spent on transforming her appearance, £84,000 has been spent on boob jobs alone.
Katie has always been candid about going under the knife, and during an interview with the Go Love Yourself podcast last October, she divulged her concern about suffering from body dysmorphia, due to her resistance to accepting her image.
She said: ‘Sometimes I know when I’ve gone too far. I made it there with all the fillings. I don’t have any fillers now.
‘I do it on my lips and I have Botox because I got to the point where my face looked like a balloon. Really brilliant.
Speaking on This Morning last year, Katie’s mother Amy spoke about her daughter’s love of surgery and said it was “driven by unhappiness”.
‘I’m starting to look like an alien. It’s exclusively for me, that’s the difference.’
