It comes after Sun reported that she has been seen at a five-star hotel on the Mediterranean island, sunbathing with JJ.

Katie was seen lounging on a sun lounger in a skimpy white and red bikini, which barely contained her surgically enhanced assets.

A shirtless JJ could be seen sunbathing next to her, wearing a backwards baseball cap as he checked his phone.

A British tourist told the publication he saw the couple checking into the Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa on Friday night, where luxury suites can cost £760 a night.

They said, ‘I saw them checking in on Friday night. We saw them later at the bar while they were sitting near us. They were eating and drinking and seemed incredibly relaxed.

‘There was a lady singing in the piano bar. “When I realized that Katie should have been in a bankruptcy hearing, I was shocked.”

Katie later took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to share a video of herself on the treadmill at the gym, wearing a pair of skimpy shorts, while JJ also snapped a photo of her feet as they worked out together.

The mother-of-five was due to give evidence about her finances in the High Court, but at the start of the hearing lawyers said she had told them at the last minute she could not attend due to health problems. A judge called this excuse “thin.”

According SunKatie left the UK and was spotted at the airport with JJ on Friday, while videos of their products connecting which were filmed in the UK continued to be posted to her Instagram page this weekend.

The reality star now faces the threat of being arrested by police after failing to attend a court hearing into her bankruptcy.

The court heard that Katie’s personal assistant had submitted a statement from a consultant psychiatrist saying she had anxiety and depression, as well as other problems affecting her mental health.

Lawyers for the trustees of Katie’s first bankruptcy asked the judge to order her to attend a future hearing and said she should be “on notice” that she could be arrested if she did not attend.

Darragh Connell, representing the trustees, told the court: “It is important that she is aware that this is a possibility.”

In his written submissions he said: ‘The respondent should be in no doubt that any future non-attendance without reasonable excuse will constitute contempt of court and require an application for a warrant of arrest.

“As with any other litigant, the defendant must comply with the orders of the Insolvency and Companies Court or face serious consequences.”

Connell said Katie had been aware of the hearing “for a considerable period of time” and that her evidence was “simply not good enough.”

He said: “It is clear that the evidence presented very late is of a deeply unsatisfactory type and as a consequence we find ourselves in a very serious situation.”

“In these circumstances, there is deep concern on the part of administrators that what is happening here is a last-minute attempt to put things in the long grass and that should not be allowed to happen.”

Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mark Mullen said “similarly brief” letters had been sent ahead of previous court hearings which Price also did not attend.

While describing the court as “sympathetic” to people with health problems, he said: “There is a consistent pattern of last-minute adjournments being requested on the basis of scant medical evidence.”

“This cannot be allowed to continue on such an unsatisfactory basis.”

Judge Mullen ordered that Katie attend the next hearing unless she gave a reasonable excuse and provided medical information so that adjustments could be made to “facilitate” her presentation of evidence.

He said: ‘It is a fact that those who do not attend public examinations without a reasonable excuse will likely be arrested.

“It is important that Ms Price is under no illusion that, like any other bankrupt, she is expected to attend unless there are reasonable reasons why she should be excused.”

Lex Reid, Katie’s former partner, was present at the hearing. The former glamor model is owed £250,000 plus legal costs following a court ruling in 2019.

Katie allegedly shared sexual videos and photos of the 48-year-old former cage fighter. Alex sued her ex-wife for “distributing private information, some of it sexual in nature,” which he claimed “violated her right to privacy.”

It is understood debt collectors were photographed outside his “filthy mansion” earlier this year in an attempt to collect the money.

Last month, a High Court judge ruled that it should be declared bankrupt after an HMRC official said it had not paid any money owed or responded to any correspondence since the claim over unpaid tax was brought last year.

It is the second bankruptcy Katie has faced, as creditors pursue her for a £3.2million payout over the collapse of her company Jordan Trading Ltd, which sells perfumes and cosmetics.

Judge Sebastion Prentis, sitting in the Rolls Building at the High Court, said Katie had received a petition on November 27, 2023 with a demand for £761,994.05.

The amount is made up of unpaid taxes from the self-assessment of your income between 2020 and 2022, as well as penalties and surcharges.

The judge said he also owed £140,000 in unpaid VAT and added: “As with unpaid tax, no payment has been made.”

Katie previously revealed that he did not feel able to attend court to discuss his finances.

Speaking exclusively on the Mail comedy podcast last month, he said: “I just can’t stand going to court. Mentally I can’t do it.’

Katie continued and explained: ‘Since my breakdown. When you are sick and depressed everything accumulates.

‘If you can’t cope with something or you haven’t paid that bill. Communicate, don’t ignore because when you ignore it, it gets worse.

“It bothers me because you don’t know how hard I’ve mentally tried to get out of that rut I was in. A rut where I hanged myself and thought I died.”

In October, HMRC served Katie with documents telling her about the debt owed, and she did not respond to the complaint.

The judge said: “Miss Price has a substantial debt to HMRC and I will therefore be making a bankruptcy order.”

Katie first went bankrupt in 2019 when her company went bankrupt.

She failed to appear at an insolvency hearing on six previous occasions and the model gave an excuse for not showing up on each occasion.

An HMRC source said every effort will be made to recover the money and if it is not paid, assets owed by Katie will be seized.

It comes just weeks after Katie was fined £880 after being caught driving a Range Rover at a service station on the A14 in Kettering, Northamptonshire, in August 2023, despite having no license or insurance.

He was given eight penalty points and was also ordered to pay £972 in costs in addition to the financial penalty.
