Kathy Griffin is still searching for her ex-husband Randy Bick three months after filing for divorce.
The Emmy Award winner, 63, went so far as to hire a private investigator to track him down, but was unsuccessful, according to People.
Court documents obtained by the outlet indicate that Bick, 46, “has not been in contact” with Griffin and has not told him where he “resides or is staying.”
“(Griffin) will make further attempts to locate (Bick) and will now take steps to seize his default,” the filing continues.

‘Well…shit. This sucks,” Griffin wrote on Twitter at the time.
Sources previously told DailyMail.com that Bick had become a “homebody” and had lost his lust for life.
After “separating,” Griffin reportedly thought that divorce would be the only way for her to feel like herself again.
“Kathy was in love and still is in love with her ex and, although she is heartbroken by how it all happened, Kathy is loving living her life,” a source said.
They added: “She always wants to have fun. She wants to travel and do things with a man she loves and who shares the same aspirations.
“Kathy is a little over 60 but still feels like she’s in her 30s and wants to enjoy life and has a fun, focused outlook on life and Randy shared that with her.”

Griffin and Bick briefly ended their romance in 2018.
“God help me, but I’m going to be one of those people who announces a breakup,” she tweeted at the time. “It’s not acrimonious and I will always love it.”
During their first seven years as a couple, Griffin saw her career implode in early 2017 due to a viral image of her holding a mannequin with the severed head of Donald Trump, who was then the new president of the United States .
According to Griffin, the scandal also upended Bick’s personal life, as his family was supporters of the president.
“My boyfriend, who I live with and who is also my tour manager, you know, his family is having a hard time with him now…they’re Trumpers,” Griffin said.
She said Entertainment tonight years later, she and Bick “took a little break” for four months at the time of the controversy.
“And now we’ve just decided that we’ve really been through so much together. We have now been together for eight years,” she said in 2019.
“Even though he’s 19 years younger, we both turned to each other and realized that this was the longest relationship for both of us, you know? We should fight for it and make it work. And you know, it was just one of those things where there was a lot of pressure.
The separation date listed is December 22, less than two weeks before the couple celebrates their fourth wedding anniversary.

After their brief split in 2018, they got back together in 2019 and were married by comedy icon Lily Tomlin on New Year’s Day 2020.
“Randy and I are making sort of toy rings for the ceremony because neither of us ever like wearing rings. So we’ll never wear rings,” she said People. ‘Deal with it.’
She also forwent a traditional wedding dress and opted for the same dress she wore on her first date with Bick.
Two months later, Bick saw Griffin go through another period of personal turmoil when his beloved mother Maggie died at the age of 99.
Over the years, Griffin and Bick’s relationship sometimes sparked ridicule over the fact that he was nearly two decades her junior.
In 2016, she herself pointed out to People magazine: “Well, you know, I didn’t think it would last (because) he’s 18 years younger than me!”

However, she eventually discovered that he was “a real guy” rather than “a Hollywood guy”, and a real connection developed between them.
The end of her marriage to Bick is Griffin’s second divorce – she was previously married to one Matthew Moline from 2001 to 2005.
After her first marriage failed, she went on Larry King Live and sensationally accused Moline of stealing $72,000 from her by swiping her ATM cards while she slept.
Although Griffin and Moline attempted to reconcile after their initial separation, Griffin maintained that they were unable to “get around the trust issue.”
Moline released his own statement, read by King on air, which said: “Since our divorce, I have made no public comments about my ex-wife or our marriage. It saddens me that she would choose to make such accusations at this time. I do not intend to engage in public debate on private matters.
