Ritchie looked tired and puffy-eyed as she parked her car in front of the property before walking towards the house.
She was dressed casually in a brown sweater, blue jeans and brown boots for the visit.
The actress was seen having an intense conversation with her parents at the front after getting out of the car.
The sighting comes less than two months after Ritchie looked noticeably worse when she was spotted heading to an event in Sydney.
In August, the actress was seen stumbling while trying to get out of her chauffeur-driven car in Camperdown, located 4km from the CBD.
Radio presenter Nova appeared to lose her balance as she exited the vehicle, sliding backwards and landing on the ground.

Last year, she revealed her decision to seek professional help after going over the limit when police stopped her for a random breath test.
The former soap opera star said that after struggling with several personal challenges in 2022 she decided it was time to seek help.
‘It took a long time to arrive. I sought professional help, the help I needed. Sometimes enough is enough,’ he said at the time.
‘Life has presented me with challenges in recent years, but I am not alone in that. “I was lucky to be able to take the time.”
