Kanye West didn’t hold back when it came to dissing his fellow artists in a song from his surprise new album Vultures 2.
The rapper, 47, and Ty Dolla $ign, 42, dropped the follow-up in the early hours of August 3 without much advance notice.
The rap duo debuted their initial joint project on February 10.
On the song 5:30, the duo calls out several rappers.

Kanye West renewed his feud with Drake by dissing the rapper on new album Vultures 2, which dropped in the early hours of August 3. Drake and artists Lil Baby and Future were mentioned unfavorably on the song called 5:30.
“You also mentioned Lil Baby and Future,” the journalist wrote, sharing the lyrics that say, “You a fake bitch, you don’t really love Ye, go listen to Drake bitch.”
That line was followed by another diss, which read: “You don’t live in it and you don’t have what it takes, bitch. Go listen to Lil Baby, go listen to Future, bitch.”
Vultures 2 was originally planned to release in March, but when that didn’t happen, the rappers remained silent on when it might finally be available.
Kanye sparked fan curiosity by unveiling the song Slide on yeezy.com and then streaming the project live on YouTube.
Ty, born Tyrone William Griffin Jr, teased the album earlier that day on his Instagram Stories.
To generate excitement among her 7.7 million followers, she wrote: “V2 loading,” in white typewriter font on a black background.
A few hours later, he revealed ‘V2 LIVE’ and added a link to the music via Yeezy.com.
Following the surprise release, several fans took to X to call the unexpected timing “random.”
On the song 5:30, the duo name-drops several rappers. “You mentioned Drake on the song “5:30” off the album Vultures 2,” reported an account under the name No Jumper on X and Instagram who shared the lyrics that also mention Lil Baby and Future.

Vultures 2 is the highly anticipated follow-up to the Vultures 2 album, which was released in February.
There was also one fan who shared an old video clip of West in a blue cap and grey hoodie, saying “Gotcha!” twice in a row. To accompany the clip, the person wrote: “Kanye West surprises everyone by dropping Vultures 2 without warning.”
Vultures 2 arrives just weeks after screenshots surfaced that purportedly showed West expressing his desire to retire from “professional music.”
News of the hitmaker’s surprising plans was revealed in an alleged text message exchange with rapper Rich The Kid, who shared a screenshot on his Instagram Story of messages he had received from an iPhone contact under the name “Ye.”
The text from a person believed to be West, who legally changed his name from Kanye West to Ye in 2021, read: “I’m retiring from professional music. I don’t know what else to do.”
