Josh Hall has responded to Christina Hall in a new divorce filing after she put her Tennessee home up for sale for $4.5 million.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Josh filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of his home in Franklin, TN (aka Parker Branch). He offered Christina a global settlement offer, but she then proceeded to list her.
He also said she allowed him to live in the house when it was unoccupied, which he did for 12 days in September, but he has now moved to another location in Tennessee and claims he is “suffering prejudice” because his living expenses will increase.
In the documents, Josh claims that Christina listed the house without his consent and without a court order.
Christina purchased the house in February 2021, before their wedding, however, Josh insists that “the community maintains an appreciation interest due to the mortgage payment during the marriage.”

Josh alleges that Christina asked him for a “written agreement” to sell the house on September 23, but he did not agree.
He also claims that Christina presented him with a proposed Stipulation and Order regarding the house on September 24, an agreement he claims she “unilaterally prepared.” He did not sign that document.
Josh alleges that he then presented Christina with a global settlement offer on September 25.
The agreement contained terms related to housing, but Christina rejected the proposal on September 30.
Josh alleges that Christina went ahead with the “non-literal listing” of the house without his consent. The house was listed for $4.5 million.
He claims he learned about the listing on social media and, through his attorney, informed Christina that they had not reached an agreement and that he did not agree to the sale of Parker Branch.
Josh claims Christina told him his objection was “ineffective” and allegedly refused to remove the listing.
The former couple filed for divorce after more than two years of marriage.
He also alleged that he and Christina were able to reach an agreement regarding the use of their homes in Newport Beach and Parker Branch during their separation.
The former couple agreed that Christina would enjoy “exclusive use and possession” of their Newport Beach home, while Josh could reside at Parker Branch, which also serves part-time short-term rentals, when not in use.
Josh moved to Tennessee because of the agreement they made and lived in Parker Branch for 12 days during the month of September. But when the house was being used by short-term tenants, it stayed with the family.
‘My move to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our aforementioned Stipulation allowing me to enjoy this property during our separation. Now I will suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase,’ he said.
Josh insisted that there would be “no harm” to Christina if the court granted her request.
“She is enjoying our community residence,” he added. ‘She has control of our entire marital property. She locked me out of our businesses after the separation, which affected my earnings.
“Christina has continued to maintain the marital status quo while I have endured significant changes, to my detriment.”
In the documents, Josh claims that Christina listed the house without his consent and without a court order.
‘I anticipate that Christina will state that this sale is in the “usual course of business.” Any such argument is a farce. Parker Branch was purchased for our family to enjoy. It was not a business investment,’ he added.
Josh alleged that Christina intends to sell the house to follow her dreams of owning a vineyard in Napa.
‘Christina has stated that she wants to sell Parker Branch so she can pursue her new dream of owning a vineyard in Napa Valley. “This is a completely new and impulsive adventure for her, unrelated to any ‘usual’ business she has ever been involved in,” he wrote.
“In short, there is no compelling basis to sell the Parker Branch property while this action is pending,” he concluded. “I request that the Court grant immediate orders to prevent the immediate loss of the Parker Branch residence.”
Should their immediate request to stop the sale not be met, Josh and his attorneys are looking to quickly schedule a court date where they will ask a judge to stop the sale of the home.

Christina snapped up the stunning property in 2021 before meeting Hall and becoming the sole owner.
Hall criticized Josh in his post.
She noted that he can no longer live there and made him look like a freeloader who wanted her money.
“Guess Leiper’s Fork will have to disappear from the timeline soon,” the Instagram story began. He had Leiper’s Fork in his Instagram bio. ‘It’s time to get back to reality soon…’
He then turned the knife to go deeper.
“Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and that you would be happy in a van with your dog?” she asked.
‘I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can… With your mind on my money and my money on your mind… Goodbye.’
When they separated, Josh moved from his $12 million mansion in Newport Beach, California, to the Tennessee home.
Their split has been very controversial and public and Christina often criticizes him on social media.
