Nuno has been hugely successful at Molineux since arriving in 2017 and has helped them become a major force in English football again.
With Nuno keen to stay in the Premier League, the report claims that Mendes – whose client list includes Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho – was recently in talks with Arsenal before enjoying a recent resurgence under Mikel Arteta.
LaLiga, where Nuno teamed up with Valencia in 2014-15, is also considered an option.
Nuno led Wolves to seventh place and Europa League football in their first season back in the Premier League two years ago.
They enjoyed a run to the quarter-finals before being eliminated by eventual winner Sevilla.
Wolves are going through a tough campaign this time and are in a disappointing 13th place, just 10 points above the relegation zone.
