Jelena Dokic recently revealed a dramatic 20 kilogram weight loss.

The tennis star looked slimmer than ever on Tuesday as she took to Instagram to share a sunny photo and some tips for a successful 2025.

Jelena, 41, who is preparing for her gig as a Channel Nine commentator at the Australian Open, cut a slender figure as she walked across a tennis court on a bright Melbourne day.

She wore a sky blue dress that featured a pleat detail on her slender midriff, while a low-cut V-neckline offered a hint of cleavage.

Jelena completed her on-court look with a pair of white sneakers and accessorized with some gold ornaments on her ears.

Captioning the image, Jelena shared a series of “things to avoid and focus on” in 2025.

“I have found that the following has made a difference in my life over the last few years and really makes me focus more on myself, my life and what is important to me,” the lengthy post began.

“Ignore what people say about you, this can be hard, but not everyone will like you and that’s okay,” Jelena continued.

Practicing gratitude was also high on her agenda, as was always striving to find the positive, “even in the worst situations.”

“You can only control what is in your power and control,” Jelena added.

“It’s not worth thinking or stressing about what you can’t control because you can’t do anything about it.”

Jelena also advised practicing a positive mindset, being kind to yourself, and “doing things that bring you joy.”

“You can’t and won’t always have a great day, but the way you deal with bad days and the attitude you have can make a big difference,” he said.

He continued his post by urging people to let go of the past as soon as possible, while also isolating “toxic” people.

On Instagram in June, the commentator shared a post comparing her current appearance to how she looked in 2023, when she was 20kg heavier.

In the caption, she emphasized that she was happy in both images and added that losing weight was not the goal but simply a “byproduct” of adopting healthier habits.

“It’s about HEALTH and not SIZE,” she continued. ‘There are so many questions about how I am improving my health and what losing weight has done for me. Weight loss was not a priority; It’s just a consequence of taking care of my health.’

Addressing those who accused her of strict dieting, Dokic clarified: “I didn’t lose weight quickly. I lost 20 kilos in just under 10 months. Nothing fast.

Dokic explained that he had lost weight due to a “family history of diabetes” and the fact that he had recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure.

He also revealed exactly how he did it.

‘I stopped eating late at night, especially things like burgers, pizza, fries and desserts because they made me feel very sluggish when I woke up, especially for work and an early morning flight.

“So I no longer eat heavy meals at night and I don’t eat after 7 p.m.,” Dokic wrote.

‘Now I eat more salads and soups with my meals, like Caesar salad with chicken or tomato soup with multigrain bread. This type of food does not make me lethargic and fills me up.

‘I now drink more water and have reduced my consumption of soft drinks, even diet soft drinks.

“These are small changes over time and although I still have my cheeseburger and fries days, it’s a lot less and I definitely don’t eat junk food when I work and travel,” he concluded.
