The reality TV personality, 44, was spotted leaving Granville Cafe with the Instagram model, 32, after enjoying a long three-hour lunch together.
For their outing, the couple wore complementary black outfits, with The Valley star sporting a trucker cap with the name of their namesake bar Studio City on the front.
Woolen picked up the Vanderpump Rules alum, born Jason Cauchi, from the home he still shares with ex-wife Brittany Cartwright, 35, for their lunch plans and then dropped him off at his bar down the street.
The night before, Jax was seen enjoying a night out with a group of friends and a mystery woman while his wife and three-year-old son Cruz were elsewhere.

For his daytime outing, Jax donned a black T-shirt with skinny jeans and white sneakers.
Over her casual all-black ensemble, the reality star wore a light denim shirt with the sleeves rolled up.
He also sported a flashy watch on his hand, while there was no sign of a wedding ring on his ring finger.
At her side, the OnlyFans model wore a tight black jumpsuit with a plunging neckline.
She also wore tall white socks with matching sneakers and carried a leather purse as she walked alongside Jax.
In early February of this year, Brittany announced that she and Jax had broken up after four years of marriage.
The couple previously married at Kentucky Castle in Cartwright’s home state in June 2019. They welcomed their first child together in April 2021.
At that time, he revealed that he had moved to another house and that the couple was living separately.

‘The last time you were here, you said, “I forgot you guys were even separated.” So there are a lot of ups and downs,” he added.
When Schwartz chimed in and said he thought the estranged couple had been doing “a good job of respecting each other’s boundaries,” Cartwright disagreed at all.

The cracks in their marriage were also highlighted in episodes of their new show The Valley, which premiered on Bravo weeks after Cartwright first announced their split.
