And it seems Jana Kramer is also leaning on close friend Kristin Cavallari, who divorced her husband Jay Cutler in April 2020.

On Saturday, actress and singer Kramer shared on Instagram that her children are helping her get through the tough times in her personal life.
She posted a photo of herself with Jolie and Jace that she took outside on a sunny day, writing, ‘Sunshine is good for everyone. I have to be honest 2 weeks ago the sun was the last thing I wanted to see … but through grief you start to see the light … even if it’s a dim light it’s still something I’ll be thankful for .
“But I will be forever grateful for these 2 and the eternal light they add to my life.”

Kramer described how she intended to use books and therapy in her healing process.
‘I have to get used to my new normal and I think I forgive myself for not really knowing how to run it yet. You know?’ she shared.
I just try to really dive into books and my therapist and not put a band-aid (sic) on things because to grow fully you have to mourn and heal, she added. So I, you know, I’m just trying to be really aware of that and not distract myself with this, that, and the other.
‘But I do want to get back to normal, even in my new normal. So that’s with you. But thanks again, it means more to me than you think. ‘

Kramer filed for divorce from Caussin in April after six years of marriage for “ inappropriate marital behavior, irreconcilable differences and adultery, ” according to her filing.
The couple got through the wringer, and in 2016, Mike entered a sex addiction treatment center after repeatedly cheating on his wife.
The exes have since been given a temporary restraining order to prevent them from talking about each other in a ‘belittling’ way in front of their two children.

According to the Williamson County Clerk, a warrant is automatically issued with all divorce filings filed in the area.
The temporary document prohibits them from harassing, threatening, assaulting or abusing the other spouse, as well as making ‘disparaging remarks’ about the other to their children or their employers. was shared in court documents obtained by IS! News.
The warrant means that neither Jana nor Mike can take their children, Jolie, five-year-old and two-year-old Jace, from Tennessee or more than 50 miles from home without court approval.

Neither party is permitted to borrow, transfer, or hide shared property, or to conceal or destroy evidence on hard drives of computers or other devices, without permission.
However, the order insisted that they could “ maintain the marital standard of living, ” although they should record any expenses.
The former couple has a marriage agreement and Jana wants custody of the children, and Mike has to pay alimony and her legal costs.
