The actor, 46, was all smiles as he embraced his stunning girlfriend, 28, as they walked the red carpet in Biarritz, France.
James looked dapper for the evening in a black jacket and matching pants which he teamed with a black crew neck blouse.
The movie star also wore a pair of designer sunglasses while posing for the cameras.
Isabel put on a leggy display in a sleeveless black minidress with an asymmetrical hem.

The departure comes after James returned to the Cannes red carpet in May, five years after being accused by his students of behaving inappropriately towards them.
The 127 Hours actor smiled as he joined his partner of seven years at the Kinds of Kindness premiere, after disappearing from the spotlight in 2019.
James wore a black suit and bow tie, while actress Pakzad was braless under a low-cut black jacket adorned with metal chains.
She paired it with flared pants and heels while supporting her boyfriend.
Having not worked on any projects since the allegations, James was in Cannes to promote his new film with director Tommy Lee Jones.
The new film, The Razor’s Edge, premiered at Cannes in the hope of attracting buyers and filming is expected to begin in late June.

In 2019, James was accused and sued by five of his students who attended his film school, Studio 4, for behaving inappropriately and sexually toward them; one of her accused him of forcing her to perform oral sex.
James’ attorney denied the allegations at the time and eventually settled the lawsuit. In a podcast interview late last year, Franco reiterated his belief that any sexual contact between him and his students had been consensual.
“During the course of my teaching, I slept with students, and that was wrong,” he said,
Having played leading roles in films such as Spider-Man, Pineapple Express and 127 Hours, James was once a party regular.
