Jackie was discussing the gender pay gap with co-presenter Kyle Sandilands, 52, who told her KIIS FM was not performing well compared to its competitors.
‘Southern Cross Austereo has a disgraceful 5.9% pay gap. In Nova and Smooth FM the situation is even worse, at six percent. But unfortunately the number one position is occupied by KIIS FM,” he stated.
She became upset after hearing the shocking news and asked some of her male and female colleagues if they were paid the same.
