Former Jackass star Bam Margera has apparently disappeared again, just days after he threatened to kill himself if he didn’t see his son.
In a tweet on Sunday morning, Margera’s brother asked for the public’s help in locating the 43-year-old who is believed to be back in Los Angeles after being spotted in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
“If anyone in the Los Angeles area knows where Bam is currently located or a hotel he may be staying at, contact the LAPD immediately,” urged Jess Margera.
He said he was trying to get the police department to ping Bam’s phone, but noted, “I don’t think we have that kind of time.”
Bam’s disappearance comes just days after he posted a rant on social media claiming his family and ex-wife drove him drinking.
He then threatened to take to the sidewalk to smoke crack with homeless people until he died or until he was allowed to see his son, Phoenix, from whom he has been separated since March 29.

In Thursday’s Instagram post, Margera threatened to smoke crack until his ex-wife Nicole Boyd agreed to let him visit their son.
“This is an official message to anyone who cares about me,” Margera said.
‘I haven’t seen Phoenix in two f****** months and I’m so sick of it. I cry every day, I miss him so much and I know I have to wake up every day knowing that I probably won’t be able to talk to him or see him.
‘So yeah Nicki pushes me to f****** drink, my f****** mom too and my f****** daddy who talks spiritedly who doesn’t tell me anything but I’m a f****** piece of s*** addict fat loser.
“I’ll smoke crack with the bums on the boardwalk until I’m dead or unless you deliver me f****** Phoenix. So get to work Nicki or anyone who wants to help. I want Phoenix.’
Margera was last seen on an in-person visit to California and was not permitted to communicate with her child by phone or FaceTime, according to her attorney Peter W. Thompson.
His wife’s attorney released a statement on Margera’s video, urging the TV stuntman to stay sober.
“Unfortunately, that’s not how addictions work. People’s behavior does not encourage others to drink. This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much in dealing with his past addiction,” attorney David Glass said. TMZ.
“You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Nikki sincerely hopes that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for her own sake and for the sake of their son.

Jackass star claims Nicole Boyd has cut off contact with their son Phoenix in the past two months

He has not seen Phoenix since March 29 during an in-person visit to California and has not been permitted to communicate with the child by phone or FaceTime, according to his attorney.
Margera split from Boyd in 2021 and went to court in September of that year to seek full custody of their son.
She filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences, and asked the court to award her spousal support of $15,000 a month, as well as legal and physical custody of their child.
In the documents, Boyd said Margera could see their child as long as he was supervised and completed rehab for drug and alcohol issues.
But Margera tried to have the judge handling the divorce case dismissed while simultaneously trying to move on to the next hearing, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
His attorney told the outlet that Margera and Boyd unsuccessfully tried to set up a routine where he would talk to his son via FaceTime, but it never materialized.
He said they find it “completely unreasonable” for Boyd not to answer any FaceTime or phone calls he has made because it poses no danger to the child, TMZ reported.
Margera is also said to be paying for Boyd’s house and car expenses and remains willing to work out a deal with Boyd and his attorneys for any level of communication.

But the last time Margera saw her son was filmed arguing with Boyd at a Burbank, Calif. restaurant over his time with the child.
The former Jackass star was seen arguing with Boyd in the clip, telling him, “Phoenix has a mind of its own.” Let him have his own mind!
And he was later arrested for public intoxication following the incident.
In a statement, Boyd’s attorney, David Glass, cited Margera’s conduct as the reason for the separation from his son.
“From Nikki’s perspective, Bam’s continued instability is what makes it difficult for her to connect with Phoenix,” Glass said.
“But Nikki remains open to regular FaceTime communication, as long as Bam isn’t tampered with during calls, and as long as Bam doesn’t badmouth Nikki during calls.”

Margera fled the scene after an alleged altercation with her brother in March, sparking a manhunt in Pennsylvania before turning herself in days later.
Margera has struggled with addiction and been in rehab since 2009 and he escaped from a court-ordered rehab center more than three times in the last year.
Most recently, he fled the scene after an argument with his brother outside his $1.1 million castle in Pocopson Township, sparking a manhunt across Pennsylvania.
He surrendered to authorities a few days later and was released on bail.
As part of the publication, the Delco Daily Times reports, he was ordered not to have contact with his family.
Margera was also required to submit to a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatments.
The next scheduled hearing in Margera’s divorce case is set for July 11.
