But despite two price drops, Macpherson has not made any sales.
The supermodel, who was born in Australia before moving to New York in the 1980s, bought the mansion in 2018 for $8.1 million and made it her home after moving from London with her family.
She reportedly wasn’t sure how much she wanted to sell for when she first listed it for sale in 2022, but now that her sons Flyn, 26, and Cy, 21, are completely independent and have moved away, she’s ready to drive a sale. .
“She was a little less motivated to sell in 2022,” a friend of the model exclusively told DailyMail.com. ‘She loves the house very much and received offers at the time, but she wasn’t ready to let it go.
