The 38-year-old Russian bombshell performed the ‘Garden of Time’ theme wearing a couture dress made entirely from an invisible network of 84-carat Swarovski crystals designed by creative director Giovanna Engelbert and crafted by six artisans over 200 hours.
Irina accessorized her expensive custom creation with an ornate-looking choker and stacks of bracelets on each wrist.

The Society Management Model enlisted hairstylist Harry Josh to style her severe top bun and makeup artist Sam Visser to fully contour her complexion, which was prepped with a facial by Dr. Barbara Sturm.

It was Irina’s eighth time attending the Costume Institute’s annual benefit inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Midtown Manhattan starting in 2015.
“It’s a surreal experience and a total adrenaline rush,” Shayk said.

Irina then donned a pearl-embellished slip dress to attend Richie Akiva’s ‘The After’ party at Casa Cipriani in Manhattan’s Financial District alongside celebrity hosts Doja Cat, Serena Williams, Janelle Monae, Teyana Taylor and Rita Pray.
While at the Met Gala, the brunette beauty could have easily bumped into fellow model Gigi Hadid, who attended the fashion Super Bowl in an off-the-shoulder white Thom Browne ballgown covered in yellow rose details.
Since last October, the 29-year-old IMG model has been dating Shayk’s ex-fiancé, Bradley Cooper, with whom she is the mother of their seven-year-old daughter Lea De Seine Cooper.
