“It’s amazing to work for a 26-year-old who loves design almost as much as I do,” says interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard of renovating Kylie Jenner’s latest home.
The home, located in the gated community of Hidden Hills, California, is a modern, rambling structure with expanses of glass that capture the view beyond and flood the space with light.
It’s also close to the homes of Kylie’s high-profile siblings and her mother, Kris Jenner.

Bullard wanted to create a home comprised of equal parts glamor and comfort. His mission: customize the space to reflect Jenner’s vibrant energy, subtly incorporating references to her brand.
“I had leather custom dyed to upholster their dining room chairs in graduated shades of pink that match the lipstick shades in their cosmetic kits,” she says. “The bronze consoles were also sculpted to look like gigantic blobs of molten gold,” in another nod to Jenner’s passion for statement cosmetics.

Many of the rooms were also converted into dedicated spaces, such as the bag room created to house hundreds of bags, including some of the rarest Hermès Birkins in the world.

Jenner’s VIP dressing room, a space separate from her closet, was designed with floating Lucite cabinets to store her most iconic outfits from the Met Galas and advertising campaigns.

Shoe towers and sunglasses holders were designed in glass, suede and chrome, along with rotating mirrors on polished steel bases for clothing accessories. Then there’s Jenner’s ‘glam room,’ where she keeps her makeup and records her TikTok and Instagram tutorials.
The eye-catching artwork completes the look while also presenting a window into Jenner’s tastes. Damien Hirst’s butterfly art was one of her first acquisitions for her home (insects are important to her).

Jenner also loves Marilyn Monroe and invested in iconic images by Andy Warhol, as well as more daring pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat.
The result? A bold, vibrant and, most importantly, fun space.
